• Robbery on keystone? This is true, I live on Keystone as well and there was another actual robbery while the owner was not home. They took some jewelry and some other items... I hear there were several robberies in the area and that police thought this was a group of kids. Recently a kid came forward and has released some other names of kids involved in this gang and we hope this is the end of the unfortunate string of events. I would suggest locking up and keeping a neighborhood watch - we are doing the same.

  MISSING BLACK LAB Our family dog got out an open gate in our back yard. She is a black lab with a white spot on her chest, her name is 'ANGEL' she is a very sweet but timid dog. SHE DOES NOT BITE!!! She is nine years old and her hind legs shake really bad, we think she is getting arthritus. Please call us if you have seen her or any info!!!

• In Home Daycare I am looking for a resident of Winter Valley that has an In-Home Daycare. I will be starting a part-time job soon and am in need of a place to drop off my kids for an hour or two on random days. Please email me back or call me if you or know of anyone that does this. • Subdivison Garage Sale Does anyone know when the subdivision garage sale will be this fall 2011?

• Architectural Review Committee How may I get in contact with someone on the Architectural Review Committee? I filed an application in order to place a patio cover over my patio. DNI Properties said they were waiting to hear from the ARC and they could not help me and had no contact information. I then contacted the new management company, Grier and they said they could not help me either. Is there someone on the ARC I can contact directly to see what the hold up for the approval is. Hopefully the new management company will be better than DNI.

• Fire, clorox, and toilet paper? At 1:50 am our door bell rang. I looked out the window to see a fire in front of our driveway and 3 teenage boys stomping it out. They ran off up Copper Mountain drive. My husband found a bottle of clorox and a roll of toilet paper in the street. Anybody have 3 boys spend the night together on Friday, December 4 and not know they snuck out??

• Lost Dog Now Found A huge 'Thanks!' to the family at 28 Keystone Ct. for finding our lost 18 year-old-dog and keeing him safe and warm overnight! Thank you! Thank you! Thank you!

• Lost Dog Our 18 year old dog Max has wandered off. He is a small dog with long black hair (a little scruffy looking). He cannot hear and doesn't see very well. If found, please contact us at 636-305-9176. Thank you.

• Common Ground Grass Cutting Does anyone know how to go about putting in a request to have the grass in the common ground cut? It has been cut for the past 8 years. Only once this year. Any contact info would be greatly appreciated. Thanks Scott

• keys found I found a set of keys (5/5/11) in the the middle of the street (the very top of Winter Park). It is a BMW keychain and key. Two other keys are on the key chain.

• Time for an Audit? Where'd the money go So the trustees spent 25% more than we had for the street repairs? Did they even take bids on the job, or did they just award it to 'friends'? Thank goodness all the lawyers made their money! And Sweeny continues to make plenty from us. why was Lauren Mongue the only one in charge of over a million dollars of our money??? I feel he is a crook and anybody who doesn't know about him should check him on 'casenet'. The web-page that we pay for has not updated the financials in over a year. It's time for an Audit to see where our money went! Thank you Mark

• Mailbox Vandalism We live on Keystone and had our mailbox vandalized on April 4. Does anyone know anything about this? We noticed it happened to others, too.

• NOISE ORDINANCE Is there a neighborhood noise ordinance for the subdivision? It's 5:30 A.M. on Saurday and there are a bunch of roofers next door yelling and being loud?

• Trustees go to dinner using our money. our m Does anybody else find it wrong for the trustees to use subdivision money to go out to dinner with their lawyer? And why do the trustees feel they need a full time lawyer? (which we pay for of course)

• Streets I would like to know who I should contact regarding the condition of our streets

• Abuse by Trustees Is anybody eles tired of being deemed a trouble-maker for simply asking a few simple questions about the spending of our subdivision fees? I find the behavior by the trustees unacceptable! Mark

• Tree Letter I am a little confused as to how the subdivision committee now decides that trees planted next to the street are not allowed. As a homeowner I do own the entire property easement or not. If a utility company came in and had to remove a tree for repairs fine, I have no problem with that. The committe has better things to do than worry about trees. I welcome any calls from the committe. Do NOT assume that we want them removed if we do not call. This is typical of this committe. This is NOT a apartment complex that a management company owns. My trees were planted over 7 years ago by a previous owner.

• Grier Group Anyone else receive a letter in the mail for being negligent on payment for the annual HOA when in fact you did submit payment? I'm really upset with Grier. I've called them and then faxed over proof of payment. I've asked to have someone call me back and I haven't heard back from anyone. Is it so hard for these people to do their jobs?? I mean, this is talking about people's money here and additional fines for being 'late'. I better have this issue resolved immediately or else I'm driving up there myself and hand delivering it to whatever moron messed up on the situation. These are the type of people that are handling our money??? Wow!

• Dogs running loose There is a Pitt Bull in the neighborhood that keeps getting loose. If anyone sees this dog again please call Animal Control.

• Repeat Offenders We live on Keystone Drive, we have two residents on this street (144 & 160 Keystone) who have cut their grass maybe twice this entire year. We complain each time, but it only gets worse. What action steps are taken by our property mgmt to enforce simple things like 'cut your grass' or clean the 4 inches of mold off the side of your house, pickup dog droppings that are so thick it takes your breath away, trim your grass that's growing through fences to the otherside and over your mailbox tops? We couldn't even sell our house in a good market if we wanted to. Who wants to live next to this??? I don't.

• Haunted House NOISE Loud banging/popping noises from the haunted house up the road...it goes on very late every night and it's only going to get worse as we approach Halloween. Anyone know who we could make a complaint to ? I remember hearing some noises previous years, but this particular popping noise is disruptive to sleeping and is worse than normal. HELP !!

• Day care We are new to the area and are expecting our first child in December. We were wondering if anyone had any input on daycares in Fenton or even Arnold? Good or bad reviews appreciated! We could really use some help with shopping! Thank you so much!

• Robbery on keystone? Hi, it is nov 2010 and a co-worker of my husbands said that in the journal it talked about an attempted robbery on Keystone while the family was home. Any other info? Was the person caught? I have kids and want to feel secure at night. Thanks
