- In Home DaycareI am looking for a resident of Winter Valley that has an In-Home Daycare. - Architectural Review CommitteeHow may I get in contact with someone on the Architectural Review Committee? I filed an application in order to place a patio cover over my patio. DNI Properties said they were waiting to hear from the ARC and they could not help me and had no contact information. I then contacted the new management company, Grier and they said they could not help me either. Is there someone on the ARC I can contact directly to see what the hold up for the approval is. Hopefully the new management company will be better than DNI.
- Fire, clorox, and toilet paper?At 1:50 am our door bell rang. I looked out the window to see a fire in front of our driveway and 3 teenage boys stomping it out. They ran off up Copper Mountain drive. My husband found a bottle of clorox and a roll of toilet paper in the street. Anybody have 3 boys spend the night together on Friday, December 4 and not know they snuck out??

- NOISE ORDINANCEIs there a neighborhood noise ordinance for the subdivision? It's 5:30 A.M. on Saurday and there are a bunch of roofers next door yelling and being loud?

- Abuse by TrusteesIs anybody eles tired of being deemed a trouble-maker for simply asking a few simple questions about the spending of our subdivision fees? I find the behavior by the trustees unacceptable! Mark
- Tree LetterI am a little confused as to how the subdivision committee now decides that trees planted next to the street are not allowed. As a homeowner I do own the entire property easement or not. If a utility company came in and had to remove a tree for repairs fine, I have no problem with that. The committe has better things to do than worry about trees. I welcome any calls from the committe. Do NOT assume that we want them removed if we do not call. This is typical of this committe. This is NOT a apartment complex that a management company owns. My trees were planted over 7 years ago by a previous owner.
- Grier GroupAnyone else receive a letter in the mail for being negligent on payment for the annual HOA when in fact you did submit payment?
I'm really upset with Grier. I've called them and then faxed over proof of payment. I've asked to have someone call me back and I haven't heard back from anyone. Is it so hard for these people to do their jobs?? I mean, this is talking about people's money here and additional fines for being 'late'. I better have this issue resolved immediately or else I'm driving up there myself and hand delivering it to whatever moron messed up on the situation. These are the type of people that are handling our money??? Wow! - Dogs running looseThere is a Pitt Bull in the neighborhood that keeps getting loose. If anyone sees this dog again please call Animal Control.
